Account Manager - Major Wireless Carrier Account
We are helping a major tier 1 customer start their 5G journey. Do you have experience selling or supporting a sales team responsible for RAN, Access, Core Technologies, DAS, or in-building solutions? Do you have experience building and maintain relationships with operators? As a Sales Manager, you will secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development. You will lead efforts and collaboration, both internal and external, in order to actively contribute to making our customer successful. This position is in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Your typical responsibilities include
- Identifying critical customer needs through a consultative customer engagement to generate sales opportunities
- Leveraging Key Account Manager resources (e.g. Marketing, Technical Support), local market resources, the business units in headquarters and potentially external partners.
- Prompt quoting of hardware, software and directly related services in accordance with Ericsson.
- Participating with the VP & KAM team in developing business plans and new sales initiatives.
- Creating, maintaining and leveraging trust-based relationships with relevant customer interfaces
- Minimum three years of experience in sales (or sales support) of RAN, Access, Core Technologies, DAS, In-building, Transport, Managed services, Professional Services, Consulting, or other related
- Minimum two years of project execution and delivery experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
