Job Description

Tasks

 

  • Source and screen the best candidates for multiple positions from various sources (LinkedIn, Social media, Universities, etc.)
  • Pre-screening, evaluation of candidates
  • Taking part in decision making and setting candidate priority (decision making in rejecting candidates)
  • Stakeholder management by being point of information for all the involved stakeholders, relationship management with internal stakeholders throughout the whole process
  • Ensure proper candidate management
  • Identify, attract and select the best talent to meet our hiring needs
  • Work closely with the Senior Recruiters to find the best talent on the market to join us
  • Ensure continuous and quality CV flow, promotion of Internal Referral Program
  • Develop sourcing plans and widen our channels to reach the most suitable circle of candidates
  • Define innovative ways for sourcing “hard to find” candidates
  • Build a potential pipeline of candidates
  • Be involved in our Employer Branding activities
  • Administration in daily maintenance and update of the recruitment database and the daily tracker (accurate data in time)

 

How do you know that you are the ideal candidate? If you have:

 

  • College or university degree
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (sourcing or recruiting)
  • Talent in candidate care and interaction
  • Excellent communication skills and you are a ‘people person’
  • A pro-active person with creative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Team Player who loves and prides themselves on being part of an exceptional team

 

Required language knowledge:

 

  • English: Intermediate
  • Hungarian: Fluent
