综述:

通过加入项目财务管理团队,参与目前公司正在开展的大型项目的财务管理工作,给项目经理,财务分析部,业务管理部以及公司管理人员提供财务支持。这个工作岗位涉及面广,工作内容多,是爱立信项目管控非常重要的岗位。

 

工作职责:

  • 遵循全球项目财务管理支持的工作条款,给项目经理和业务管理部全面提供财务支持,确保项目财务执行的准确性。
  • 通过提供高效项目财务支持加强在服务运营过程中的财务分析能力,确保项目财务管理和控制的有效性。

 

主要工作内容:

 

根据公司全球工作流程和财务指引从以下四个方面对项目财务管理执行的准确性负责。

  1. 负责支持新合同在SAP系统里的建项
  • 协助项目部,业务管理部以及客户订单管理部有效地构建中小型项目         
  • 参加项目组建会议,确保项目预算和计划成本在SAP系统里创建的准确性

 

  1. 负责正在进行中的项目的维护

负责检查和纠正每个项目的主要财务数据的准确性, 包括收入,成本,利润等,在需要的时候给予相应的解释。

 

  1. 负责项目分析
  • 负责检查和跟踪项目预算和实际成本之间的的差异
  • 负责监控订单的开票计划和收入确认是否协调合理
  • 协助项目经理分析KPI和SOX的控制点
  • 负责发起项目和订单的关闭流程

 

  1. 负责项目结束期间的相关事项
  • 负责根据各部门反馈信息在SAP系统里做相应的调整
  • 通过在SAP系统里准确地维护开票计划和项目完工进度来协助财务分析部对现有项目进行收入和利润的预测
  • 负责协助解释说明资产负债表等月度财务结果
  • 负责协助外部审计

 

任职资格:

学历:财务,会计,经济等相关专业本科或以上学历

英语:具备英语听说读写能力

Purpose of Job Role

Project Finance Management (PFM) secures correct execution of customer business in SAP ONE, in compliance with Ericsson’s Process and Accounting Directives. This includes ensuring data integrity and support FAS Execution Accountable with governance of Customer Business Execution.

Execution Accountable (CPM, SDM, ICT PD, MSCOO, ASR etc.), Contract Fulfillment Responsible (CFR), Project Planner (PP), Deal Controller (DC), Company Control, Order & Delivery Management (ODM)
