Test development in Kumla is a part of Product Development Unit Radio and we have a global responsibility for radio production development. In Kumla the focus is on the early integration phase, but we have a responsibility throughout our products life cycles. As our responsibility is global, there are great opportunities for traveling both within Sweden and abroad.

The main scope is:

  • Secure direct material for early prototypes and ramp up.
  • Secure and follow up that early integration sites have the right prerequisites to ramp up and start early prototype production.
  • Working close with design the early prototype builds


Position Qualifications

  • Minimum Academic degree or equivalent job experience. (Master of Science (Civ. Ing) or equivalent job experience or Bachelor of/Master of Science in economics (Civ.ek) or equivalent job experience.
  • Purchasing experience
  • You should be comfortable with reading and speaking both conversational and technical English and Swedish.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Supply Chain knowledge
  • Flexible, take own initiatives, result-and quality-oriented
  • Presentation skills, both verbally and writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively and quickly adapt to new assumptions
  • Experience from working in development projects
  • Familiar with following Ericsson tools; PRIM, Eliza, SAP, EB, HWM
