In this role, you will be:

  • Provide hands on HR support and advice for managers and employees within the business
  • Implement strategic initiatives, including engagement and performance and talent management
  • Facilitates and implements training programs, initiatives and tools
  • Delivering operational people support, advice and guidance to our executives and management
  • Strategically partnering with key stakeholders in the development and delivery of HR strategy
  • Ensure that all aspects of employee lifecycle are in line with best practice, effective and drive employee engagement;


As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Significant experience in a HR generalist position
  • Experience within a telco environment will be favourable
  • Experience within a large global organisation will be favourable
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resource management
  • Demonstrated capability in developing HR strategies and plans that are aligned to the business strategy
  • A true business partner who can develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business
  • Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and evaluations of innovative and contemporary employee wellbeing, early intervention strategies and initiatives.
  • Highly developed organisational skills that include time management, staff supervision, strategic planning, facilitation, evaluation and problem-solving skills and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated proactive and positive communicator, with exceptional skills in all levels of communication, written, oral, public relations, interpersonal and negotiation skills.  A high level of professionalism in preparation of correspondence, reports.



This role can be based in Melbourne, Docklands
