Job Summary:  

Mandatory

You will be Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs for Internals/customers. Develop technical course content for Internal / Customer trainings.

English: Excellent verbal and writing Skills

Possibility to travel up to 50% of the time

Collaborating with PDU and PLM to stay updated on latest RAN developments.

Desire to learn new technologies and develop cross-domain competence and trainings.

To be able to setup lab environment and customize trainings for customer needs.

Strong LTE end to end understanding with RAN focus.

Hands on experience on LTE/3G Nodes(Integration, troubleshooting, Feature testing) Good Ericsson RAN products & solutions like Ericsson cloud RAN.

Experience with testing and verification of LTE Advanced features -CA,CoMP,4X4 MIMO.

vRAN and RAN Functionality split concepts

LTE Advanced :The fundamental technology and characteristics

5G Plugins: basic understanding on Roadmap and Key features(Optional)

MIMO: key technology understanding (capacity and performance gains compared to legacy LTE) High-level End to End Network knowledge
