Position Summary

As a Technical ASIC validation leader, you will be the E2E responsible within radio design to ensure that our new digital ASICs are performing and introduced into our new radios according to plans. You will lead high performing teams to plan and perform advanced tests and to analyze the results. If you are interested in working with state of the art designs leading skilled designers from different disciplines this is a real opportunity for you. You will work in an international environment in close cooperation with our other design sites across the world.


Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Responsible for driving and writing the validation specification with all involved stakeholders.
  • Responsible to lead the execution of the validation plans together with the team in the lab.
  • Plan and follow up activities according to project plan.
  • In close cooperation with the target projects plan how to introduce new ASICs into our platform products.
  • Lead the cross-functional validation team and execute according to project/validation plan.


Position Qualifications

Core Competences:

  • ASIC, SoC or FPGA lab-based validation
  • Embedded Software design and test
  • Radio product integration experience
  • Result oriented with a possibility to take own initiatives and drive improvements.
  • Excellent team player with good networking skills.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

  • MSc/BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge.
  • Proven experience working as a leader
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of ASIC, SoC or FPGA lab-based validation either as a designer or a technical leader.
  • English Skills, oral and written
