Customer support quality manager, report to manager of Product Quality leader
2 Objective of the job
Create and develop customer quality support process and methods, focus on continuous improvement of product quality and customer satisfaction.
3 Key Responsibilities
Create and develop customer quality support process to have a quick & good response towards customer complain or question.
Co-ordinate and set up internal team to support customer quality audit request.
Drive for continuous product quality improvement at field and improve customer satisfaction.
Report and follow up DOA status to E/// stakeholders.
Other tasks assigned by report manager.
Have all necessary information to carry out assigned responsibilities or tasks.
Have access to product and quality systems to perform assigned work.
5 Requirement of the job
Bachelor degree and major in telecommunication is preferred.
Minimum 3 years working experience in engineering, quality or customer service within Ericsson group or equivalent company.
Good knowledge of the Ericsson Company, including products, process and procedures.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking).
