Job Summary

We are now looking for a Supply Delivery Manager (job role Order & Delivery Management, job stage 5) to execute, manage and deliver customer orders according to contractual requirements for Hardware and Software. The job is located in Stockholm Kista and belongs to Group Supply in Europe, Middle East & Africa.


You will work in a cross-functional team and the daily work will cover responsibilities within order execution for mainly new orders, but also return deliveries, and distribution. Follow-up of deliveries and return flows are included, as well an efficient execution of the supply chain to optimize management and control in both order and return flows. You will also continuously work with change management.


  • Manage contract delivery fulfilment
  • Perform order fulfilment
  • Perform return fulfilment
  • Perform operational distribution
  • Perform supply operational improvement work
  • Contribute to high inventory turn over

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree of Science in industrial Engineering, Business Administration or relevant area is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Logistics/Supply/Production or experience working with customer projects in other functional areas is preferred
  • Product management and market operations experience is relevant for the job
  • Knowledge in SAP and MS Office
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written English are mandatory
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible team player
  • Structured ways of working, analytic and able to prioritize tasks


Below Qualification is a merit:

  • Knowledge in Transport Management System
