We are looking for the IT manager that will be operative responsible for the site Lindholmen and site Borås

In this role you will have the overall responsibility for the Enterprise IT environment at the site, which consists of well-defined service areas such as laptops, monitors, LANs, WLANs, printers, telephony and video, including the responsibility for logistics and that our IT processes are developed and carefully monitored.

 

You want to think new are driven by new technology and sees it as a challenge to find intuitive secured solutions and processes that solve our end-users and stakeholder’s requirements as quickly and efficiently as possible to create security and value for them.

 

You will also act as IT Change driver / project manager where you run major IT change projects that improve the IT environment at regional and global levels.

 

You will be an important part of our Digital Transformation journey, that supports key stakeholders to understands our IT offers, and get feedback for how our IT offers need to be tailored to meet their needs.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        Overall operative responsible for the IT environment at site Lindholmen and Borås

·        Communicate and report on IT financials

·        Engage globally with ICT Delivery Management peers to ensure alignment of stakeholder requests across geographies. Align with IT core.

·        Apply IT Strategy

 

Key Qualifications:

 

·        Education: MSC, MBA or equivalent through experience

·        Min years of experience: 7-10 years

·        Domain experience: IT Operations

·        Strong change/project management skills

·        Proven ability and leadership to act in an multi stakeholder environment

·        Strong presentation and communication skills
