Job Summary:

We are looking for a Back Office Engineer to provide technical-level assistance to our customers. Back Office Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot ESPA/FSSAT problems and help our customers if they face any challenge in their day to day activity.

Back Office Application Engineer responsibilities include monitoring data and network connectivity, troubleshooting issues, doing configurational level changes and raising issues to other teams in case of dependencies. It also includes using ticketing and monitoring system, and email and chat applications.



Key Qualification


  • Linux/Unix administration basics.
  • Shell script deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Windows administration basics.
  • Tickets management and doing analysis/troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of MS SQL, able to write queries to get desired result for troubleshooting and analysis
  • Familiarity with Remote Desktop Client, FTP client, Putty, IIS web server
  • Basics of Networking.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring data availability and reliability.
  • Monitoring data flow across ESPA/FSSAT subsystem using configured alerts.
  • Incident handling (internal and external).
  • Identification of root cause analysis as part of problem management activities.
  • Identification of efficiencies and automation.
  • Able to interact with end users to understand the incidents reported.
  • Escalation management in case of urgency or technical issues preventing the incident to be resolved in the expected SLA.
