Job Description

Work Responsibility:

Assist manager to complete daily tasks with higher efficiency.

Arrange team building related event, reserve meeting room and coordinate office supplies.

Maintain and update internal website and office documents.

Work as an interface to help inform and arrange company-level activities for our department.

Master HR and finance related policy and help to deal with travel expenses reimbursement issues.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prefer under-graduated students in grade 3 or grade 4, as well as master students in 2nd or 3rd year.

Willing to learn.

Familar with Office 365 and be able to develop internal website based on Share Point. 

Be able to take Internship at least 4 days per week.

Be fluent in both oral English and written English and passed CET-4.

Skilled use in Office Software and with website editing experience will be preferred.

With strong sense of responsibilities, outgoing personality and team work organization ability will be preferred.

Has held positions of school communities or has work experience of assistant will be preferred.
