Process Support Engineer

We are now looking for a process support engineer to develop, implement and maintain lean prodocutio process and apply industrial engineering tools to improve production flow so as to get a high effective, flexible, and integrated MES and automatic equipment and tools.
•Support production area layout, coordinate automatic equipment setup and follow up continuous improvement as well.
•Maintain manufacturing process by using LP (lean production) tools with the whole production picture, including fixtures & tools management, lean changeover and materials flow.
•Initiate and drive the improvement project within production flow to control and improve the productivity and quality risk, and support EPS and TPM implementation.
•Introduce new manufactory technology and tools to get a high effective cost and production & maintenance efficiency.
•Coordinate NPI/TPI preparation works with PIM team, and support NPI/TPI project fulfillments and production line setup.
•Continuously improve material handling/production process and drive effective material handling system and production process, such as DFT, WI and other MES tools.
•Be actively involved in daily support to production related activities.
- Bachelor or above in relevant major of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, and etc
- Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering or Lean Production.
- Good English in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
- Can work independently and play positive role in a team, showing promising characters of creativeness, persuading ability.
- Good communication skill and project management skill.
- Approx. 2~3 years working experience as IE, PE or related jobs in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Ericsson products and warehouse/production process is preferred.
- Good knowledge in Six Sigma is preferred.
