Job Summary:


We are now looking for a HR Direct Manager to perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Execution of Human Resources policies and processes

  • Deliver Human Resources services

  • Provide functional expertise

  • Provide project support as well as HR delivery and data

  • Create SOP and Documentation for Initiatives

  • Tool Development and Automation



Key Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Human Resources or relevant experience within required area

  • Min years of experience: 12+ years

  • Exposure of Project Management and Global Delivery of working with Stakeholders and Management

  • Understating of HR Functions & Core HR Processes (WPA, HR Direct, TA, Payroll, GIM, L&D and TR)

  • Working Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point)

  • Should understand Quality Tools & Compliance to draw RCA and Action Plan

  • Exposure in client communication, change management, complaints and feedback

  • Proactive, service-oriented mind-set

  • Analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Good Communication Skills, Presentation and communication skills





  • Open to work in Night Shifts (all shifts from 1700 to 0600)

  • Open to support Delivery as required on week ends

  • Commute to office independently

  • Should preferably stay close to office location (GGN, South, South West Delhi & Faridabad)
