Real Estate & Facilities Manager
MediaKind is looking for a Real Estate & Facilities Management Professional. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on, start-up minded focus - this isn't for someone who is used to delegating. MediaKind has operations in 30 countries around the Earth, so our REFM head must have a global focus which will be divided between Facilities Management, Real Estate Projects, and Real Estate contracts. Due to the global nature of the role there will be international travel required.
You will align the regional or local strategies/operation/business and REFM activities within:
- Real Estate/Portfolio
- Construction projects
- Facilities Management Services
- Workplace Design
You will actively work with Ericsson partners, suppliers, customers and internal organizations to secure the most productive and cost efficient premises in the industry. Proactively interact with internal sponsors to drive REFM strategies. Execute on sustainability targets and proactively work to achieve its targets.
- You will align workplace practices with Real Estate strategy
- You will execute lease and capital projects
- You will administer overall finance and cost control
- You will perform and ensure workplace delivery
- Coordinate regional Real Estate Facility Management (REFM) activities
- You will collaborate with local Sponsors
- And you will complete tasks on sustainability metrics
- Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or equivalent work experience
- Min years of experience - ten years progressively increasing responsibility over all aspects of REFM
- Domain experience: Real Estate knowledge
- Change & Improvement Management Skills
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Financial Analysis Skills
- Negotiation & Argumentation Skills
- Project Management Skills
- International travel will be required
