Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR TA leader, a Subject Matter Expert to build the Business Areas talent strategy, drive flawless execution and bring in over 2000 change-makers into the company. The incumbent should be able to work with the business leaders to understand the business strategy, the competence/skill gaps and then pull together a plan that advises/ coaches leaders right from their resource mix strategy all the way to the site selection strategy. The candidate should be able to provide innovative solutions driven by technology evolution in the TA area. The incumbent will also be required to design and secure deployment of policies, processes, and tools, while ensuring consistency and globalization, managing suppliers, and providing expert advice.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to influence the relevant stakeholders within a global corporation, and have experience working in an RPO environment. Experience in the software and/or services delivery sector will also be an advantage. Large-scope and strategic recruitment delivery in a dynamic environment is also required.

The role location has not been determined, could be either Sweden, India or Romania.  The role will be reporting to the Head of HR Business Area Managed Services and as well be part of the Group Function HR TA SME Leadership team.

  • Develop SME strategy, establish and maintain processes, frame-works and infrastructure
  • Plan and develop HR solutions enabling strategy
  • Ensure deployment of HR practices and solutions
  • Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of SME area
  • Build expertise in functional area

 

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required
  • Master of Business degree is preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of market trends and Best in Class practices in TA
  • Substantial business acumen
  • Experience in working in virtual global teams
  • Past-experience in delivering in a matrix organization
  • Past-experience in implementing new ways (technologies, marketing) to drive TA
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
