IOT Connected Vehicle COO (Chief Operating Officer) for Market Area North East Asia 

 

Locations: Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai

 

As IOT Connected Vehicle COO (Chief Operating Officer) for Market Area North East Asia you are accountable for the Connected Vehicle contract profitability, customer satisfaction and fulfilment of the contract deliverables.

 

The contract deliverables are normally split in three main phases, first a POC (Proof Of Concept), secondly a development and onboarding phase and thirdly an operations/”aaS” phase that normally last for 3-5 years dependent on contractual terms.

 

The IOT CV COO is responsible for the business case fulfilment and identifying add-on sales opportunities, thus ensuring continuous improving of margins. To manage and develop the customer relationship on the specific contract. To manage the customer interface with respect of all service delivery to a specific customer, ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements and acts as Ericsson’s escalation point for performance. The IOT CV COO acts as the Ericsson’s counterpart of the Customer Chief Technology Officer, being the responsible for the delivery execution and to ensure customer satisfaction, decisively adding value to the customer’s and Ericsson business. For this position Chinese language skills is a pre requisite.
