Digital Marketing Marketo Operations

 

 

Job Summary: 

We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Marketo Operations/Digital Campaigns support resource to hold regional responsibility for several functions within the marketing and communications organization to lead the execution of digital programs for North America.  This candidate must have experience in Marketing Automation Platforms (preferred Marketo) and Web Content Management Systems with the desire to be a superuser in digital marketing.  This candidate will build and execute digital campaigns in Marketo, set up digital marketing programs/flows, support with audience segmentation, and provide support to marketing & communication team when it comes to marketing automation, email development & testing, etc.. Also, build and maintain content on Ericsson internet and intranet as required.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5+ years working in/managing a Marketo implementation & Operation (Marketo Certification a plus, but not required with proven Marketo technical proficiency)
  • HTML/CSS understanding with the ability to develop emails and landing pages for campaigns
  • Familiarity with web content management system such as Drupal and Episerver (non-development experience)
  • Excellent communication skills and very strong collaboration in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and provide high-quality solution under pressure
  • Ability to work with the local team and liaise with a global team in Marketing Automation related activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

 

Additional Requirements

  • Working knowledge of tools such Photoshop/Illustrator, Google Analytics, Domo/Tableau, Asana, Office (including SharePoint), and Salesforce.
