Job Summary:

 

We are now looking for a Travel Program Manager to lead the development of the global travel program for MediaKind Systems.  The program manager will work with the Travel Management Company (TMC) and Travel and Expense application team to deploy an efficient process to support the business travel needs globally.  Initially the role will contribute to the deployment of new tools and processes for the organization and will manage the ongoing process improvements to gain efficiency and user satisfaction. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage initial deployment of Travel Booking and Expense Management tools and manage ongoing enhancements
  • Contribute to the development of Travel policies
  • Coordinate services with Travel Management Vendor
  • Develop metrics related to travel expense globally
  • Drive and improve operational excellence

 

Key Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project and program management
  • Writing and reporting, Working with people, Delivering results and meeting customer expectations, Planning and organizing, Creating and innovating
  • Proven skills in a service oriented environment
