Intern in Automation and Tools Team in Business Area Managed Services
Ericsson provides managed services in three broad areas: Networks, IT and Network Design & Optimization. Managed services for networks range from field services, which are very hands-on and labor-intensive, to network operations that can be managed remotely and are increasingly automated. IT managed services include the management of applications and data centers, while network design and optimization services evolve and expand customer networks to meet ever-changing demands from consumers and business users.

We in the Automation and Tools team in Business Area Managed Services are now looking for a intern to support us in identifying, driving, supporting and facilitating efficient and effective change and performance improvements driven by Automation and Artificial Intelligence. The improvements may be run in different ways: work streams in major strategic/transformation initiatives, projects/programs/line activities driving operational and functional improvements or enabling day-to-day/continuous improvements.
As an Intern you will be expected to contribute to the multiple ongoing efforts in the Automation and AI driven transformation we as a unit have embarked on. No two days will be the same and daily tasks will include but not limited to driving governance forums involving senior stakeholders spread across geographies, contributing to high visibility strategic initiatives, supporting customer meetings on automation and AI topics etc.
You will get to learn about the Automation and AI led business transformation in a global organization.
- Minimum in your 4th year of studies at business and / or engineering school
- Excellent verbal and written English is a must
- Very good Microsoft power point and excel skills
- Good knowledge of business case creation
- Project management skills
- Previous management consulting experience is a great advantage

- Have some international experiences through academia or work
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be execution obsessed
- Be a person with positive "can do" attitude
