Job Summary:

BMAS IT Managed Services operates a tools program called MITO.  MITO is a tools framework which allows our managed services operations teams to deliver their service rapidly and efficiently.  The focus of the tools is the management of IT domains, including BSS and cloud domains, applications, infrastructure and third party IT systems.  MITO has been under development since 2017, and we hope to complete the main development work this year.  We are now moving into the phase of industrialising the program, expanding the teams which shall work on customisation and adaptation work for each customer engagement, as well as building and deploying automation.  We are a young and dynamic group of over 90 people, and we expect to grow to over 100 during 2018.

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities
  • Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
  • Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
  • Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
  • Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: This job demands Bachelor Degree in Engineering/MBA/MCA or equivalent. Languages skills in English are required.
  • Min years of experience: 7 to 10 years
  • Domain experience: Project Management in OSS/BSS SI projects, MS Tools/operations delivery
