Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson   technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture. You will work as Program/Project manager in the R&D organization responsible for the development and delivery of the EOP platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the operational organization of the EOP R&D unit
  • Drive customer engagements related to EOP deployment and delivery
  • Optimize resources ensuering quality of the solution is kept
  • You will be required to drive technology and product leadership
  • Flow optimization
  • Innovation and improvements
  • Knowledge sharing and learning

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • PMP or similar project management certficicati
  • Education: BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • Min years of experience: 5 years of experience in product development and/or management
  • Domain-relevant development experience in both engineering and management activities in EOP / NetEQ or similar Analytics tools
  • Product Life Cycle Management Knowledge
  • Customer Insight
