Product Development Leader in 2G3G area
We are now looking for a line manager for a new section in 2G3G Technical Management. The initial task for the line manager is together with line managers in Kista and Krakow build up the new section, including recruiting people as well as define and implement the way of working. The new section will primarily be responsible for the evolution of network controller for 3G as well as participate in the multi-standard activities for network serviceability. Going forward, the new section will be driving the systemization of cloudfication of the network controllers of 3G in close cooperation with the similar work for 2G in Krakow and 5G in Kista.
- You will be required to drive technology and product leadership for Controllers and network serviceability
- Establish a new section and define a way of working according to lean and agile principles
- Experience from Line management positions
- Knowledge about 3G in general and RNC in particular
- Experience from working in Ericsson is an advantage
- Domain experience of cloud development is an advantage
- Experience from driving change and improving the way of working
