EMS Quality Manager
EMS Product Quality Manager of Radio PIM China reports to Manager of Product Quality Management.
2Objective of the job
EMS Quality Manager work at EMS site, responsible for the quality of products produced in EMS.
Monitor EMS product production, secure E/// defined manufacturing process are well implemented at EMS.
Support EMS on product failure analysis and improvement.
Feedback to E/// internal team for anything that need to be addressed. Make escalation if any quality risk at EMS.
Report product quality status to E/// stakeholder.
Have the access to EMS site that has E/// products production.
Have the access to all information necessary to carry out the assigned responsibilities and tasks to secure product quality.
Have access to all systems and tools for carrying out the FRAG work.
Management risk decisions of process exemptions when timing is crucial in the competition
Working at EMS site.
Monitor EMS daily production of E/// products.
Working with EMS team on quality related activities, support EMS quality improvement.
Feedback quality problem to E/// internal for further support.
Regular report EMS product/production quality to E/// stakeholders.
Early warning of any quality risk at EMS to E/// stakeholders.
Participate FRAG meeting when EMS are invited.
Participate or support quality audit at EMS organized by E///.
