Head of Digital Business Solutions Central Europe


Job Summary: 


We are looking for a perfect candidate to lead Digital Business Solutions team in Central Europe as Senior IT manager.

In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through an efficient service delivery.

As a Head of Digital Business Solutions Central Europe you will support systems integration service sales and delivery directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall IT service delivery processes, models, and strategies.

You will also help sales organization to position the value of Ericsson IT solutions in the area of Business Support Systems  (BSS) and Operating Support Systems (OSS) towards our customers.

You will have a role in the line organization, with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions.



  • Understand Ericsson product portfolio in OSS, BSS and assist sales organization in the right positioning of the value for our customers
  • You will ensure service delivery execution
  • Conduct Resource management
  • Drive performance management (process)
  • Drive competence management
  • Responsible for driving and supporting services sales
  • Build a productive work environment for individuals and own organization
  • Look after unit finance within your group.


Key Qualifications:

  • Broad experience in BSS and OSS is a must
  • Experience in IT systems implementation, systems integration, software development
  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
  • Understanding of Automation&DevOps practices (automated deployment, automated testing, continuous integration/continuous delivery)
  • Customer and market insight
  • Financial acumen and skills
  • Formulating strategies and concepts
  • Understanding of waterfall and agile project delivery methods
  • Adhering to principles and values
  • Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
