A principal solution architect/Expert/Delivery Lead who is

expected to perform complex Radio Network Dimensioning,

Designing, and Optimization of multi-vendor RAN nodes for two

leading telco operator merger scenario w.r.t 2G, 3G and 4G network

and its evolution.

Develop relationships with customers, vendors, partners and

corporate service organizations to help win and deploy successful

network implementations that allow customers to gain competitive

advantage through use of Ericsson technology. Employ consultative

approach towards customers to advice and build business.

Consolidation project should be executed smoothly with agreed

Scope, deliverables and Acceptance.

Create high-level comprehensive customer-centric innovative

solution designs that address the technical, commercial and

business needs of Ericsson’s customers.

Maximize re-use of existing reference and project solutions

tailoring them to the specific customer environment, maturity and


Participate and add value in various Operations meetings to

agree SLA/WLA with customer.

Interact with Customer accounts about network solutions

Identify and qualify sales opportunities and new ways of creating

business value for Ericsson and its customers in existing network

merger scenarios.

Position Requirements

Professional / Technical Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in telecommunications engineering,

IT or computer engineering or electronics or electrical.

At least 15- 20 years of relevant experience

Expertise and hands-on experience in Radio Network Design

Optimization & Troubleshooting covering 2G, 3G and 4G as


Sound knowledge and experience of multi-vendor RAN Network

Planning and Designing for large scale networks covering more

than 100,000 Nodes.

In-depth knowledge on Layer management and traffic steering

for voice and data. Should have experience in VoLTE.

Working experience in designing and defining Link Budget for

various technology and its associated design requirement. .

He should be able to device strategy for swap project including

core, RAN and transport.

Clear concept and strong technical domain knowledge in D&O.

Good parameter knowledge and hands on experience for various


Capability in trouble shooting issues during swap and he should

be able to guide his underlying team for forming strategy

He should be able to interact with customer at various level and

various hierarchy

Knowledge on Existing and upcoming Features, New products of

Ericsson and its capability

Optimization of S-KPI for MBB and VoLTE.
