Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson   technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a Product Development Leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture.

Extra:

Professional competence:
- Education: • B.Sc. or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5-7 years experience from different Ericsson positions
- Experience of working multisite env.
- Experience in target setting including measurements and KPI e.g. translate business issues into plans
- Min 3-5 years leadership experience (Experience from people, organizational, thought leadership and budget&forecast)


- Highly developed (C) Coaching skills to developing high performance agile teams
- Highly devloped (C) Customer oriented, Keep commitments and build Relationships.
- Good (B) Knowledge about Radio SW-functionality, Radio-HW and Radio system knowledge e.g. GSM, LTE, WCDMA.
- Highly developed (C) Coaching skills to developing high performance agile teams
- Highly devloped (C) Change management skills e.g. drive the agilean transformation and develop WOW ( continuous improvement work)
- Identifies and support competence development.
- Quality assurance work e.g. FST, SQR etc.
- Strategy and roadmap
- Secure a maintainable product including documentation

--Understand consequences of proposed solution of the overall system function
Radio Domain knowledge (B)
- Radio SW Driver module
-RBS/RAN (e.g.DU-RU interaction)
-Radio Unit HW knowledge
- Radio HW Components
- Radio HW/SW integration

Tools and environment (C)
-All applicable Radio Unit Development environments e.g: GIT, Clear Case, ClearCase/DDTS/MHWeb, Valgrind, Eclipse, etc etc
