Job Summary:

We are looking for a Workforce Quality & OHS Manager who will lead, coordinate and support workmanship quality topics and solutions for Network Rollout.  The Quality manager will also ensure that the quality plan is in place and implemented. In this role, you will ensure work is executed within the project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate quality plans and adherances
  • Coordinate with Service Providers in terms of quality workmanship trainings
  • In charge for Site Quality Audits and ensuring findings are communicated and closed
  • Ensure OHS compliance on sites
  • Ericsson's representative on Workmanship Quality issues towards Customer

Key Qualifications:

  •  Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or 
  •  5-8 years’ experience of Network Rollout and Deployment
  •  You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial mindset
  •  Coping with pressures and setbacks
  •  Delivering results and meet customer expectations
  •  Planning and organizational skills for large projects

Additional Requirements:

  • ISEB/ISTQB Software testing qualifications would be an advantage
