Job Description

Responsibilities:

Utilise advanced search techniques to identify potential candidates on databases, job boards, social media sites and other channels that meet required criteria within agreed SLA timescales.

 

Ensure Candidate information fully complete and accurate within the Avature Sourcing Tool

 

Create shortlist of passive candidates for requisitions coming through approval and create Sourcing Pack for the Recruiter to review with Hiring Manager once role approved

 

Contact potential candidates for Junior Roles via email/telephone to discuss role & opportunities within Ericsson and encourage candidates to apply

 

Telephone screen/administer online testing of active applicants for Junior Roles to gauge suitability of candidate for role against pre-agreed criteria

 

Post roles on careers sites, external sites and other media, checking wording/formatting is appropriate and meets brand and format guidelines

 

Adhere to all documented processes and procedures: Operations Manual & SLA, Technology processes and Customer’s internal policies & procedures

Key Qualifications: 

Fluent English

- Bachelors’ degree with work experience communicating in English (both written and spoken)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively with teams and managers at all levels of the organization

- Strong sense of information confidentiality

- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize

- Strong verbal reasoning skills
