Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs.


You will:

  • Be responsible for scope, defining and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution
  • Provide feedback to R&D 
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing 
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

 

To be successful in the role you must have:


Education: 

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent

 

Experience: 

  • Hands on knowledge in at least one of the area of OSS/BSS domain - Order & Catalog Management, Orchestration, Inventory, Service Fulfillment / Provisioning
  • Use of architecture and modeling tools – such as EA, MS Visio etc.
  • Good understanding of the Telco product portfolio and OSS/BSS principles, processes, technology and application engineering
  • Good understanding of e2e journeys and processes across OSS/BSS domains  - Order & Catalog Management, Orchestration, Service Fulfillment / Provisioning

 

Additional Requirements:


Knowledge in some of the following area is beneficial:  

  • Telecom knowledge (Network elements, Fixed/Mobile architectures, OSS/BSS concepts, etc), 
  • Cloud computing with AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Microservices architecture, Docker and Kubernetes
  • Coding, scripting, integration skills with Python, Javascript, Java, REST API, Camunda, XML, Eclipse 
  • Knowledge of TMF API, eTOM, NGOSS, TAM, ITIL and SID framework 

 

Human and Business Competence

  • Customer Orientation and Consultative Skills 
  • Knowledge about Ericsson technology and solutions are preferable  
  • Highly Developed English language, both written and spoken
  • Good Communication skills 
  • Developed team working and problem solving skills 
  • Self driven and self motivated, ability to work under pressure and ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • Good planning skills
