Ericsson Nikola Tesla’s Industry and Society team is offering an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects related to ICT solutions for Industry and Society in the role of Solution Architect in Zagreb.

In this non-telecom segment, we employ more than 150 experts working on projects for local and international clients.

 

General description:

 

The role of eHealth Solution Architect is to perform and/or support business requirements analysis, development, delivery and system integration of ICT system in the domain of healthcare.

The Solution Architect must be able to align customer and project requirements with the proposed solution and user expectations within a predefined project budget and timeline. ICT solution designed by the Solution Architect must match the functional and non-functional requirements within a project, making sure it's in line with the enterprise and reference architecture.

The Solution Architect is responsible for the buy-in of the business, project team and experts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Capture and analyze business process requirements (functional and non-functional), propose potential optimizations and formalize it in a form of statement of work (together with Project Manager)
  • Make an inventory of the existing ICT environment, conditions that customer’s solutions and other IT infrastructure have to meet before proposed solution can be implemented
  • Develop an efficient solution and implementation strategy which meets functional and non-functional requirements and seamlessly integrates with the existing customer’s ICT landscape
  • Define ICT architecture in line with functional and non-functional requirements, estimate risks at an early stage and ensure that project members have all information and understanding about the design in order to realize the solution in the best conditions
  • Define and document technical solutions in form of different documentation needed both for customer and development/testing team
  • Ensure that the designed architecture is in line with supplier’s reference architecture
  • Coach customer’s team towards transforming their system

 

Required qualifications:

 

  • University Degree in the ICT field
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Minimum 5 years experience on complex projects of introducing ICT solutions into different governmental systems (preferably healthcare domain) on national or regional level
  • Customer-oriented, business results and goals oriented
  • Self-initiative, self-organized, independent in work, resourceful and creative
  • Able to understand and analyze complex issues and able to prioritize and identify the most appropriate solutions
  • Able to work on a business and ethics acceptable level in tense situations and under pressure as well as in conflict situations with demanding clients
  • Advanced knowledge of work with PC (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project)
  • Knowledge of UML (unified modelling language)
  • Readiness to travel abroad

 

Qualifications that are an advantage:

 

  • Fluency in Russian both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of healthcare ICT applications and processes
  • Knowledge of healthcare ICT standards (HL7 FHIR, CDA Hooks, CQL, ISO 13940, HL7 CDA R2, DICOM)
  • Knowledge of BPMN
  • Experience in using Enterprise architect tool
  • Knowledge of Oracle Middleware and Database Products (SOA, WebLogic, IDM, BI)
  • Knowledge of EnterpriseDB
  • Knowledge of Greenplum
  • Knowledge of open source technologies (Apache Camel, Apache Kafka, Infinispan, ElasticSearch, Apache Solr, Zookeeper, Kong, Krakend, memcached, PostgreSQL, Minio, RedHat AMQ, Keycloak, RedHat Fuse, Tomcat, WildFly)
  • Knowledge of Microservice architecture principles and patterns
  • Knowledge of BI systems and technology
