 We are looking for Senior Software Developers having:
 
•    Strong programming profile (Java/C++/other)
•    Passion to work with and contribute to the latest technologies
•    Proactivity and autonomy in technical leadership
•    Deep understanding of software quality
•    Consistent contribution to product functionality
•    A desire for creating clean code
•    Experience with virtualization/containers/cloud: knowledge of Docker, 
•    Source Control (Git, Gerrit, etc.)
•    Test automation hands-on experience
•    Knowledge about agile methodology
•    Interest in working with multicultural teams
•    Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
•    Courage to experiment, fail and learn from the experience
•    Ambition for technical excellence
•    Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment, share achievements and knowledge to help others, and address others’ needs
•    Innovative mindset
 
The following would be considered a plus:
 
•    Experience with virtualization/containers/cloud: knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenStack/VMWare
•    Experience working with Java Automation Frameworks
•    Experience working with test automation
•    Experience working in a cloud-native, microservices architecture
