We are a team of software developers located in Zagreb, producing automation software for telco industry. Our task is to enable greater process efficiency when building mobile networks of the future (5G, IoT). We have the opportunity to combine our skills with new software and hardware technologies, in order to solve the latest market challenges. Our organization owns complete software development lifecycle for a number of applications for web, mobile and desktop platforms. We are continuously expanding and today we’re looking for motivated development team members who want a chance to truly apply their valuable development. As part of our team, you would participate in business requirements clarification, technical analysis & solution design, software development, and interaction with stakeholders.


Currently, we are looking for Java Spring (full-stack) developers. Such person should generally demonstrate interest in web technologies, has strong experience in web application development with passion for building high quality software in agile environment.

Our preferable candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • Advanced knowledge of Java 8 (or higher) with strong OOP background
  • Experience with Spring (Framework, Security, MVC, Boot)
  • Experience with relational databases and ORMs (e.g. JPA/Hibernate)
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React or Angular
  • Experience in building Microservices and Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)


Any of the following would be considered as a plus:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent coding practices and understanding of design patterns
  • Proficiency with Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Proficiency with version control (e.g. Git) and build configurations (e.g. Maven)


Other skills considered:

  • Experience with Scrum/Agile ways of working
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English
  • University degree in electrical engineering, computing, telecommunication, mathematics or equivalent
