Java Software Developer - Split (M/F)

As an engineer, you would have the opportunity to work on software development, integration and system verification of UDM (Unified Data Management) products. UDM is a solution for authentication, authorization and end user service management is one of the main management systems of modern networks.

As part of our team, you will work on vital projects that contribute to the latest 5G solutions, as well as improvements to already implemented 4G products.

You would be at the source of technology shift towards 5G and would everyday contribute to making great ideas into reality for people around the world.
We are looking for candidates having:


  • Strong programming profile (Java)
  • Good to have experience with virtualization / containers / cloud: knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or OpenStack/VMWare
  • Passion to work with and contribute to the latest technologies
  • Proactivity & autonomy in technical leadership
  • Consistent contribution to product functionality
  • Desire for creating clean code
  • Source Control (Git, Gerrit etc)
  • Test automation hands on
  • Knowledge about agile methodology
  • Interest in working with multicultural teams
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Courage to experiment, fail and learn from the experience
  • Ambition for technical excellence
  • Proactivity & autonomy in technical leadership
  • Desire to work in highly collaborative environment, share achievements and knowledge to help others and address others’ needs
  • Innovative mindset

Following would be considered as a plus:


  • Experience working with Java Automation Frameworks
  • Experience working with test automation
  • Experience working in cloud native, microservices architecture



  • Computer Science/Software Engineering degree (HKO7)
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Croatian citizenship or work permit for Croatia
