Solution Architect

Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design phases.

You will:

• NFVI node design (high level, low level) based on solution requirement
• Integration, configuration and verification of network equipment
• Analysis and qualification of test result
• Performing system demo and acceptance test
• Supporting Activity for live network nodes
• Technical support for engineers from external partner companies

To be successful in the role you must have:

• 5+ years’ experience of network design and integration or equivalent knowledge
• Experience of Openstack, Kubernetes design and integration
• Server deployment and verification experience (HP, Dell, etc. Linux is a must)
• Business level Japanese and English
• Strong passion and interest to learn new technology and tasks

Below knowledge and skills are pluses:

• Experience of Ericsson NFVI products design, integration and verification such as SDI, CEE, CCD
• Experience of handling HCP products such as VIO, Openshift, etc
• Team leader experience for more than 5 members
• LPIC-3 or equivalent linux knowledge
