Job Summary

 

The Transformation Program Director/Manager drives the transformation initiatives within MNEA CSS (DGS). He/she will work closely with BCSS(DGS) transformation office, and the transformation drivers from each Country/Area within the MA.

 

Job responsibilities & Tasks

 

The transformation initiatives include:

  • CICD Transformation
  • Automation planning and landing
  • Navigator 365 and Engagement Business Case
  • Service Delivery efficiency programs
  • Data/AI strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Create program plan
  • Drive the program execution and report
  • Continuous improvement - Find solution to solve the issues/obstacles
  • Communication with BA/CU stakeholders

 

Position Qualifications

  • Education: (B.Tech & M.Tech)
  • Min years of experience: (12-14 Years)
  • Domain experience: (Autoamtion , BSS & OSS – e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
  • Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills
  • Business Understanding
  • Consultative Selling Skills
  • Customer and Market Insight
  • Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Leading & supervising
  • Planning & organizing
  • Proficiency with the English Language
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Understood Ericsson business processes
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Capable of driving initiatives from concept to concrete plan
  • Identify issues/obstacles and create improvement plans

 

Additional Requirements

  • PMI certifications
  • Contract management 
  • 3rd party suppliers management experience
