Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for an Order & Delivery Management resource to execute, manage and deliver orders according to contractual requirements for all products and services.

The job role covers responsibilities within order execution for new deliveries, return and distribution. Also follow-up phases of delivery and return flows are executed. All to create an efficient execution of the Supply chain to optimize management and control in both order and return flows.

You will

  • You will manage contract delivery fulfilment
  • Perform order fulfilment
  • Perform return fulfilment
  • Perform operational distribution
  • Perform supply operation improvement work
  • Early involvement in non-Mainland Authorized Vendor list (AVL) and Ericsson Supply Site (ESS) order preparation
  • Perform non-China Mainland AVL and ESS site order fulfillment activities
  • Perform return fulfillment for the claim, etc.
  • Perform shipment planning and follow-up in Transport management system TMS with cost awareness
  • Coordinate with non-China mainland AVL, ESS, MNEA Supply Hub inbound, MNEA Supply hubs warehouse and LSP to solve critical issues related to vender orders and deliveries
  • Secure order and delivery handling efficiency and quality according to service level agreement
  • Contribute to Group/Unit KPI/OKR and PI

To be successful in the role you must have

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • +2 years proven experience in order management, logistics, planning, or other areas in Supply
  • Proficient in business English & Japanese (both writing and speaking), & Chinese speaking skill is preferable
  • Good business acumen, detailed, proactive, analytic and result oriented
  • Good communication/negotiation skill and teamwork, comprehensive, independent, self-motivated
  • Preferable with project management/involvement experience or driver/team leader background
  • Knowledge in Logistics
  • Product management and market operations experience is relevant for the job
  • System application knowledge (SAP)
  • Have Business level Japanese and English
  • Chinese  desireble
