本職はIoTグローバルチームとオペレーターサポート組織との業務になります。
社内外のパートナーと協力して、効率性、改変、ターゲティングに重点を置いた活動を推進し、顧客満足度を向上させることを求められます。


主な業務:
・ 顧客のフォローアップと顧客要請にともなくオペレーションのサポート
・ 未来を見据えたトレンド分析
・ プロジェクトのスケジュール管理
・ プロジェクトの進捗状況監督とオペレーターへの報告
・ 該当するテストのE2E遂行
・ 顧客とのコミュニケーション、ミーティング
・ サイトアクセスと調整を含むローカルベンダーの管理
・ グローバルチームとの連携(テクニカル領域でのローカルオペレーターのサポート)
・ カスタマーサービスマネージャーとの連携 など

 

【必須(MUST)要件】

  • 業務プロセスや業務内容をよく理解していること(3年以上の経験)
  • 課題解決能力
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力
  • 技術的な研究の経験(通信、IT業界)
  • 5年以上の実務経験(通信・IT業界での運用業務)
  • 通信業界における技術的な知識(理想的にはコアネットワーク/ビジネスサポートシステム)、ITおよび/またはIoT
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語コミュニケーション力

 

【歓迎(WANT)要件】

・ クラウド、パケットコア、UDM、IMS / VoLTE、HSS、またはRAN関連の経験 。特にPS / IP経験
・ サーバー、データベースなどの運用経験。特にUNIXスキル
・ IoTの経験、または少なくとも概念/ビジネスモデルの理解


We are now looking for an IoT Operations Specialist that shall ensure that the best in class services are provided to Japanese Major telecom operators.
You will collaborate with our IoT global teams & Operator support organizations.
You will be expected to drive activities focused on efficiency, innovation, and targeting to improve customer satisfaction by working collaboratively with the internal and external partners.

You will:

  • Be responsible for Operations Support Activities including follow-up of the customer incidents & requests.
  • Be responsible for execution of routines, proactive & trend analysis activities.
  • Support during scheduled activities.
  • Supervision of the activity progress and reporting to the Operator.
  • E2E tests pre/during/post activity where applicable.
  • Be involved & participate in customer meetings.
  • Be responsible for managing local vendors, including site management access & coordination.
  • Work closely with the Global teams (also supporting the GNOC during technical bridges with the local operators).
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Managers.

 

Must have:

  • Good understanding of Operational processes and activities. (3+ years’ experience)
  • Solutions oriented.
  • Effective communication.
  • Technical studies (Telecom, IT).
  • Previous work experience( Operational activities in Telecom/IT industry).   5+ years’ experience.
  • Technical knowledge:  Telecom industry (ideally Core Networks/Business Support Systems), IT and/or IoT.
  • Business level of Japanese and English language skill.

 

Nice to have:

  • Domain experience in one of the following areas: Cloud, Packet Core, UDM, IMS/VoLTE, HSS, or RAN related. Most interested in PS/IP.
  • Domain experience in one of the following areas: Server, Database, etc. Most interested in UNIX skills.
  • IoT experience or at least understanding the concepts/business models.
