IoT Operations Specialist

Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for an IoT Operations Specialist that shall ensure that the best in class services are provided to Japanese Major telecom operators.
You will collaborate with our IoT global teams & Operator support organizations.
You will be expected to drive activities focused on efficiency, innovation, and targeting to improve customer satisfaction by working collaboratively with the internal and external partners.
You will
- Help with Assurance support activities, incident management
- Assist with Problem management, system administration
- Work with Billing operations
- Work as interface between customer and Ericsson Distributed Team
- Work with Ericsson IoT global teams remotely or have business trip to Ericsson global Sites
- Coordinate operational activities with the local vendors
To be successful in the role you must have
- More than 5 years' proven experience in Telecom industry
- Bachelor Degree in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- 3+ years’ experience of operational activities
- Good communication in English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain experience in one of the following areas: Cloud, Packet Core, UDM, IMS/VoLTE, HSS, or RAN related. Most interested in PS/IP.
- Domain experience in one of the following areas: Server, Database, etc. Most interested in UNIX skills.
- IoT experience or at least understanding the concepts/business models.
