Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the system integration. The Implementation Manager will also plan and supervise service and material requirements needed to secure an efficient implementation of the customer site. In this role, you will ensure work is executed within the project requirements.

You will

  • Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
  • Handle project activities on customer site
  • Plan and follow up of quality assurances

 

To be successful in the role you need to have

  • Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • 3-5 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team
  • Project delivery experience in any kinds of telecom industry such as Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.
  • Excellent leading & supervising skills along with a results-oriented mindset
  • Capability to cope with pressures and setbacks, deliver results and meet customer expectations
  • Planning and organizational skills for large projects
  • Proficiency with the English to communicate with non-Japanese speaker, and Japanese Language for customer interaction

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Required any kinds of technical experiences rather than management skill
