HR Delivery Specialist 


Job Summary:

We are now looking for a HR delivery specialist to support all HR operation process. The administrative activities are performed to support payroll and social benefits activities in legal entity as a member of HR time payroll& benefits team.



  • Perform monthly payroll delivery, social insurance and yearly activities with payroll vendor to ensure payroll delivery accuracy and punctuality.
  • Perform the contract and application of social insurance and pension activities: severance, company contract of group insurance, stock purchase plan etc.
  • Perform employee information related activities
  • Perform maintenance of HR database
  • Act as key role to participate in Global and local HR Projects for implementation in Japan
  • Prepare required documents for internal and external audit from Time, Payroll and benefits perspective.
  • Any other HR related operational activities and payroll vendor management
  • Resolve all escalated issues and problems in prompt, accurate and confidential manner.



Key Qualifications: 

  • Strong organizational and analyzing skills that reflect the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details
  • Good Team player and collaboration
  • Result driven and can work under pressure
  • Fluent in written, reading and spoken English:

PC and related documents are in English; TOEIC above 700 points; English email communication with stakeholders and foreign employees are required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office:

Excel: Familiar with base operation, excel sheet creation, excel function (IF, VLOOKUP etc.), Pivot Table etc.

Outlook: Familiar with email writing, schedule management, meeting call experience etc.

Power Point: Familiar with base operation, correction etc.

Word: Document writing experience, familiar with business writing skill


Work experience:

  • Experience of payroll, social insurance, pension activities is must.
  • English working experience: English secretary experience or admin administrative experience

is preferable. English communication ability.

  • Ability of calculation and check excel data promptly and accurately is must


Additional requirements:

  • Administrative activities experience: documents filing and documents writing etc.
  • HR related activities experience: New hire NEO, leaving checkout process, answer employee’s query etc.

<概要 / Summarized Description>:人事の勤怠・給与・福利厚生チームにて、給与・福利厚生を中心に、人事オペレーション業務全般をサポートしていただくお仕事です。

<詳細 / Details>:

> 給与・社会保険の月次、年次業務。payroll vendorと共に正確かつ期限通りに月次・年次業務を遂行します。

> 福利厚生(退職金制度、会社契約の団体保険、持株会等)の契約・申請に関する業務。

> 社員情報データに関する業務。

> 人事データベースのメンテナンスに関する業務。

> グローバル及び地域の人事プロジェクトの日本への導入。

> 社内外の監査に必要な勤怠、給与、福利厚生に関する書類の準備及び検証。

> その他、人事オペレーション業務および付帯する業務を全般的にサポート, payroll vendor管理。

> 業務上の問題点や指摘された事項について迅速、正確かつ情報の秘匿性に配慮の上、解決策を考え実行すること。


募集要件/ Competence:

> 状況把握、分析力に優れた方。複数の業務に優先順位を付け、細部まで注意を払って業務遂行できる方。

> チームで協力して仕事のできる方。

> 負荷が高い状況でも期限までに正確に業務を遂行できる方。

> 英語での読み書き、会話可能な方、英語に抵抗のない方。PCやその他一部の関連資料が英語表記です (目安: TOEIC700点~)。また、 各部門担当者や外国人社員へ、メール対応が必要なことがあります。
> 下記のMicrosoft Officeスキルのある方

Excel: 中級以上(必須) (基本操作、表作成、関数(IF、VLOOKUPなど)、ピボットテーブルなどの機能操作)
Outlook: 文書作成、スケジュール管理、ミーティングコール等の経験
Power Point: 初級以上(必須)(基本操作、修正など) 


業務の経験/ Work Experience:

> 企業での給与・社会保険・福利厚生業務のご経験のある方。(必須)
> 英語での業務経験;。英語を使用した秘書業務、アドミ業務または営業事務業務の経験者、又は、英語でのコミュニケーションを取れる方。

> エクセルデータを用いて、計算、確認などをスピーディー且つ正確に行ったことのある方。(必須)

> ファイリング、文書作成等、アドミ業務をスピーディー且つ正確に行ったことのある方(尚可)
> 人事に関する業務に携わったことのある方(例:採用時、入社・退職時の社員への説明や備品準備、就業規則に関する社員からの問い合わせ回答、など。)(尚可)
