Our Exciting Opportunity

Ericsson Network Design & Optimization (NDO) is developing and delivering design and optimization services to our customers (typically mobile network operators) in Japan. Feature and functionality introduction and other types of technology consulting services are also within the scope of our expertise.

When applicable, we conduct the design and optimization by developing and using cutting edge AI/Machine Learning technology, helping our customers (mobile operators) automating the optimization of their networks.

NDO Japan is also responsible for supporting network sales through technical consultation, anchored in deep network performance and product insight gained from advanced network analysis.

NDO Japan is aiming to be self-sustained in the sense that technical (pre-) sales support is integrated in the service delivery team, working in close cooperation with relevant customer accounts.

You will

  • be responsible for excel delivery of NDO service to meet project goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain customer relationship within contract scope
  • be responsible for the financial and commercial performance of delivered service, leading NDO technical team and working closely with other Ericsson organizations, and bringing out the customer value of NDO services.
  • Participate in presale activities to develop NDO business.
  • be in charge of project planning: secure the necessary resources, plan and supervise all activities
  • Drive project execution: track project progress, supervise and manage critical issues and changes
  • Maintain customer relationship, build confidence and trust
  • Monitor project financial and ensure cost excellent for delivery
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop NDO business as presales CPM

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years experiences
  • Domain knowledge of RAN
  • Financial acumen and analysis skills
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Negotiation, persuading & influencing of both internal and external
  • Project management and contract management
  • 3rd party supplier management
  • Knowledge of NDO service will be a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
