Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist responsible for the coordination, management, execution, and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than those offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

You will:

  • Help with Assurance support activities
  • Handle incident management
  • Assist with Problem management
  • Perform system administration
  • Work with Billing operations

To be successful in the role, you must have

  • More than 3 years of work experience in the communications or computer industry
  •  Bachelor degree or above in communication or computer majors
  • Familiar with SQL, good knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
  • Familiar with Linux operating system O&M, familiar with common script languages such as Shell, AWK, Python, etc., able to write automation scripts.
  • Familiar with message queues, knowledge of Kafka and ActiveMQ operation and maintenance
  • Familiar with openshift or K8S operation, a CKA certificate is preferred.
  • Familiar with java, understand JVM GC mechanism is preferred
  • Knowledge of Zabbix, kibana, grafana, Prometheus
  • Knowledge of F5 is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Ansible, able to design playbook
  • Familiar with CICD process, have knowledge of Jenkins and git
  • Familiar with Restful API, have experience in the design and development of operation automation systems, and be able to use Python or other languages to develop operating automation systems is preferred
