Project Supply Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Supply Manager who represents Test Hardware Supply organization in NPI projects and is a go-to person for Production Test Development when HW is needed. As a PSM you need to develop a good relationship with your stakeholders, ensure that the projects you lead from THW perspective are successful, meet project requirements and structures that are released are actually supply able according to requirements in PSA checklist. You need to understand THW supply chain, give guidelines to designers when needed and take responsibility on your project orders from start till they are invoiced.

You as a Project Supply Manager will:

Handle prototype orders or early deliveries (status<PR2/DS3 or PRA) towards production sites

Communicate with project owners, designers to define project requirements, propose risk-buy and give feedback on ordered equipment

Ensure a clear and structured handling of prototype orders in THW Supply (i.e. visualized orderbook, material drive in SAP etc.)

Monitor material statuses and secure assembly of products in THW Supply

Deliver goods, finish all financials (e.g. transfer costs, close IONs) and close prototype structures in SAP

Keep track and report project cost, lead times, quality and design issues

Take part and contribute to Product Supply Ability reviews

Make sure that released structures meet PSA requirements

Provide improvement proposals where possible

Do lessons-learned after each project. Identify possibilities for improvements of routines, documentations and work process. Take personal responsibility for developing your daily work.

In this role, it is important you have:

Economical or technical university degree or relevant High School, College level education

Purchasing, logistics, product development or project management experience at least 2 years

Basic knowledge of hardware design, drawings and technical documentation and financials

Knowledge in Supply Chain and Project Management

Ability to coordinate and prioritize activities within the defined areas of responsibility

Ability to make decisions based on input and background data

Service minded and have a willingness to solve problems

Able to handle flexibility & provide results even in stressful situations

Strong business focus and goal orientation

Good communication and presentation skills

Very good in English both written and oral
