Production Technology Automation Implementation team in Ericsson Supply Site Tallinn is looking for a courageous Product Owner for Remote Radio product team..

As a Product Owner, you will:

Gather, analyze and help define business and technical requirements for the assembly platform from all Ericsson supply sites

Facilitate prioritization of all requirements between all stakeholders in a way that every increments value is maximized

Evaluate “as-is” vs “to-be” benefits taking a data-driven approach

Develop, own, and execute product roadmap

Work in an agile environment and continuously outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks;

Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology

In this role, it is important you have:

Business-oriented mindset with skills to understand customers challenges and help them refine them to functional features

Strong technical background, understanding of both hardware and software development fundamentals

Courage to stand-up to various leadership levels protecting agreed upon deliverables, priorities and timelines

Ability to break down high-level functional and business requirements to actionable items for the development team

Agility to adapt to changing business requirements 

Higher education in engineering or computer science field or relevant work experience

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

A “can-do” attitude with a collaborative mindset – You don’t win unless the team wins
