PCBA Process Engineer

Board Assembly Process Engineering team is looking for a Printed Circuit Board Assembly Process Engineer whose primary role will be supporting, maintening and developing new technologies in Automated optical inspection of solder paste and finished printed circuit board.


As a Printed Circuit Board Assembly Process Engineer your main tasks will be:

  • Creation and maintenance of programs for automated inspection machines
  • Running product failures related root cause analyses and provide corrective actions
  • Performing component level investigations
  • Developing and maintaining new fault-finding methods and tools
  • Participation in Early-phase product and technology development
  • Supporting in New Product Introduction and verifications
  • Sharing your process related knowledge with others
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, design unit and others to improve product performance. Design unit is mainly located in Sweden, China and Canada.


PCBA Process Engineer position implies a full-time on-site activity including distant production support, investigations, and meetings with stakeholders.


You would like you to have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Chemistry or Mechanical engineering or other relevant competences
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative and adaptable, team player mindset
  • Spoken English and Russian, Estonian as advantage
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
