As a Manager of Process Management, you will: 

Support development of Supply Process and Governance: governance model, processes and documentation, specifications and tools
Responsible for managing Local Process Architects and Local Master Data Management team
Act as a local manager for GPAs (Global Process Architect) located in Tallinn
Create prerequisites for an efficient department work, set targets for the department and each of the function
Support Local Process Architects drive of local process work and improvements with alignment to global process management as well as new process setup and implementation in respective competence area
Support LMDM team members to have required competence to maintain local master data
Lead employees’ development

In this role, it is important you have:

University degree or equivalent job experience
Interest in developing persons and organizations
Good communication and leadership skills
Experience in Process management and development
Ability to achieve challenging targets and have a strong personal drive
Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing. Knowledge of Estonian and Russian is a plus
