As a Manager of Process Management, you will:

●Support development of Supply Process and Governance: governance model, processes and documentation, specifications and tools

●Responsible for managing Local Process Architects and Local Master Data Management team

●Act as a local manager for GPAs (Global Process Architect) located in Tallinn

●Create prerequisites for an efficient department work, set targets for the department and each of the function

●Support Local Process Architects drive of local process work and improvements with alignment to global process management as well as new process setup and implementation in respective competence area

●Support LMDM team members to have required competence to maintain local master data

●Lead employees’ development

In this role, it is important you have:

•University degree or equivalent job experience

•Interest in developing persons and organizations

•Good communication and leadership skills

•Experience in Process management and development

•Ability to achieve challenging targets and have a strong personal drive

•Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing. Knowledge of Estonian and Russian is a plus
