Purpose and responsibilities of the Local Process Architect role:

 

The Local Process Architect (Business Process Architect), will help create and deliver best-in-class business systems and operational (Production) business processes, follow-up process performance and/or do process reengineering in the value chain.

This individual will be the dedicated interface between the operations team and new technology teams.

This role asks that the candidate be constantly thinking through the processes and needs of the business to support an efficient and error free process for the member and provider. The Local Process Architect helps prioritize and define the features for development and ensuring clear communication flows back and forth with the business operations team.

 

Required skills:

  • abbreviations and terms knowledge: ERP, MES, CAM, BOM, BOP, Routing, Work Center, BPM (Business Process Management), VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Lean 6 Sigma, Scrum and process flowchart
    previous experience of visualizing a business process
    Communication skills in English (Estonian and Russian beneficial)
