As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders in SCM department to understand their business needs
• Translate business needs into actionable software requirements including data models, system requirements, user interface mock-ups, integration specifications, test criteria etc.
• Collaborate with software developers to understand implementation details, technical feasibility and existing constraints
• Determine most optimal solutions for given problems considering customer needs and technical constraints
• Collaborate with product owner, development team and stakeholders on project goals, software features and requirements prioritization.
• Coordinate testing and implementation collaborating closely with stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Higher education in relevant field that contributes to the achievement of professional goals
• Great listening and communications skills
• Analytical, detail oriented, logical and thorough attitude
• Collaborative mindset and customer service orientation
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, verification and methodology development
• Deep understanding of software development fundamentals
• Knowledge and experience of different problem-solving methodologies, e.g. design thinking, agile
• Previous working experience in Supply Chain domain is a plus
• Fluent in English. Estonian and Russian is a plus
