Join Supply Chain Management department as a Business Analyst and be part of our success story by bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams, interpreting business needs into actionable development tasks to create software products supporting the expected business value.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in SCM department to understand their business needs
- Translate business needs into actionable software requirements including data models, system requirements, user interface mock-ups, integration specifications, test criteria etc.
- Collaborate with software developers to understand implementation details, technical feasibility and existing constraints
- Determine most optimal solutions for given problems considering customer needs and technical constraints
- Collaborate with product owner, development team and stakeholders on project goals, software features and requirements prioritization.
- Coordinate testing and implementation collaborating closely with stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Higher education in relevant field that contributes to the achievement of professional goals
- Great listening and communications skills
- Analytical, detail oriented, logical and thorough attitude
- Collaborative mindset and customer service orientation
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, verification and methodology development
- Deep understanding of software development fundamentals
- Knowledge and experience of different problem-solving methodologies, e.g. design thinking, agile
- Previous working experience in Supply Chain domain is a plus
- Fluent in English. Estonian and Russian is a plus
