Job Summary:

Ericsson Estonia Supply Chain Management is looking for a Business Analyst, who will work with different stakeholders to ensure all business needs & customer requirements are met and executed speedily and efficiently. Business Analyst should have excellent communication skills, analytical mind and experience with data visualisation through models, charts, diagrams etc.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders in SCM
  • Conduct interviews, gather customer requirements using workflow storyboards, use cases, and other relevant methods
  • Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
  • Work with product owner to determine project scope and vision.
  • Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
  • Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
  • Assist with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicatete these back to the business stakeholders

Education, Experience, and Requirements:

                         ​​​​

                         -   Three to five years related work experience

                         -   Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development

                         -   Higher education in relevant field
